Welcome and Vision
“To be the best we can be for ourselves and others”
This is illustrated by the parable the Good Samaritan. (Luke 10:25-37) who showed compassion, respect and courage.
We aim for all individuals to SHINE as children of God, within our ever changing world to be the best we can be for ourselves and for others.
Succeed with perseverance ~ Happy with respect and honesty ~ Independent and courageous ~ Nurtured with compassion ~ Excited with teamwork
We are very proud of our school family, our vision enables all children to SHINE. We foster learning that develops children's personal, social and emotional skills, developing and sustaining well-being as well as equipping them with skills for the future.
“Your welcoming approach and lively interest in each family helps pupils to settle quickly”
“Pupils’ well-being is given the highest priority”
“Outcomes at the end of the Reception Year are consistently high”
“Pupils attain high standards at the end of key stage 1.”
“Standards at the end of Year 6 are usually in line with or above national figures”
I started my journey as Headteacher at St Christopher's CE School in September 2020 and was welcomed into a school where the vision of 'being the best' lies at the heart of the curriculum.
We believe everyone has the right to SHINE through a broad and balanced curriculum that is full of exciting learning opportunities.
If you would like to come and look around our beautiful school in the heart of the countryside then please get in touch.
